Ann-Marie Campbell, Executive Vice President for U.S. Stores, learned the value of thinking on her feet and being business savvy early in life. Raised in Jamaica by a grandmother who didn't hold a high school degree but owned a general store, Ann-Marie was constantly reminded to be “always thinking ahead.” Her career at The Home Depot began as a cashier 34 years ago, during which she’s turned her grandmother’s advice into a dedicated strategy for associates and customers alike.
