Over the past two months, thousands of Team Depot volunteers have moved out of the aisles and into communities to improve veteran housing nationwide. We call it our Celebration of Service.
This year, you can join the efforts to serve those who served us. All it takes is a #ServiceSelfie.
Here’s how it works:
- Take a selfie (solo or with your friends)
- Tag the photo with the hashtag #ServiceSelfie
- Now through Veterans Day, upload it to Twitter, Instagram or Facebook and The Home Depot Foundation will donate $1, up to $500,000, nonprofit organizations giving back to veterans!
Proceeds benefit Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation, Meals on Wheels America, Student Veterans of America, Team Rubicon and Volunteers of America.
