Take a look in aisle 16 at The Home Depot in Neptune, N.J. and you’ll find a group of busy customers, a wide assortment of fasteners and associate Kevin Woolley tirelessly connecting the two.
Hardware isn’t Kevin’s only area of expertise. He’s a 20-year associate with experience across the store’s many departments, and he’s the go-to guy for customers and colleagues seeking answers. He also has cerebral palsy, which impacts his fine motor skills. But as you can see in a recent story featured in USA TODAY’s Humankind series, the disorder doesn’t hold him back.
“This guy lives and breathes what we’re trying to do every day,” Store Manager Phil Kramer said in the story.
