Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer – U.S. Retail

Dan Fink is senior vice president and chief financial officer of U.S. retail at The Home Depot. In this role, he is responsible for planning and execution against the company’s financial targets, directing resource allocation and supporting the company’s strategic initiatives from a financial perspective.

Prior to joining The Home Depot, Dan most recently served as senior vice president of corporate finance for PepsiCo, where he led global mergers and acquisitions, treasury, tax and corporate functions, while also playing a key role in other strategic finance and portfolio transformation initiatives. Earlier in his career, Dan gained diverse experiences across investing, operating leadership, and entrepreneurship. He spent over a decade in private equity with Centerview Capital and J.W. Childs, held finance and operating roles at Bacardi, and gained entrepreneurial experience helping build Blue Moose of Boulder.

Dan served on the board of directors of Tropicana Brands Group and brings extensive finance and executive leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving scale and long-term value for businesses.

Dan earned a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
