Rebecca Godecke is senior vice president of online for The Home Depot, where she leads the strategy, performance, and end to end customer experience for homedepot.com. In this role, she is responsible for driving digital growth across online merchandising, personalization, site experience, and conversion. Her scope includes advancing customer facing AI experiences that help customers more easily discover the right products, get confident answers, and complete projects with greater speed and ease—while partnering closely with technology, supply chain, marketing, and store teams to deliver a seamless, interconnected retail experience.
Previously, Rebecca held senior executive roles at Nordstrom, including executive vice president of merchandising where she led enterprise merchandising strategy, finance, planning and pricing across Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack. Earlier in her career, she worked as a management consultant focused on corporate growth strategy.
Rebecca earned her degree in Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University in Ontario and an MBA from London Business School.
