Executive Vice President – Pro

Michael Rowe serves as executive vice president – Pro for The Home Depot. He is responsible for The Home Depot's strategy to deliver a differentiated value proposition to professional customers and grow market share. In this role, he leads the development and expansion of the Pro Ecosystem, including reliable delivery, professionalized sales force, digital experiences, order management, trade credit, CRM and more.

Most recently, from 2020 to early 2025, Michael was president of The Home Depot Canada, where he oversaw the strategic direction and operation of 182 stores and over 30,000 associates.

Michael joined The Home Depot in 2006. He previously was vice president of online, marketing and contractor services for The Home Depot Canada. In that role, he was responsible for marketing, advertising, e-commerce, installation services, Pro, and strategy. Since joining the Company in 2006, he served in various roles for The Home Depot Canada, including as chief financial officer/vice president of finance, vice president of supply chain, contractor services, procurement and strategic business development.

Prior to joining the company, Michael held positions of increasing responsibility at Maple Leaf Foods, Reckitt Benckiser and Procter & Gamble.

Michael has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
