April 30, 2026

Going to a Home Depot Garden Center took on a new meaning this year. As customers geared up for Spring, we redefined how communities welcomed the warmer weather. According to our 2025 Spring Project Report, 64% of people agree that spring officially starts when they begin their spring cleaning or home projects. Kicking Off Spring 2026 with Brothers Osborne

To help launch the season, The Home Depot recently partnered with award-winning country band Brothers Osborne in Dallas, TX. The duo delivered a high-energy performance that perfectly captured the authentic spirit of The Home Depot and the excitement of tackling new spring projects. To extend the reach of this exclusive, in-store event, the performance was posted to YouTube allowing fans across the country to join the celebration as they prepped their own outdoor spaces.

Re-imagining the Retail Space

We re-imagined the traditional weekend store visit by transforming one of our garden centers into an immersive, festive concert space. Our Spring Project Report notes that 72% of gardeners say adding live plants is their secret weapon to brighten up their home. By integrating ambient lighting and staging among lush greenery, vibrant spring blooms, and towering outdoor displays, we created a backdrop unlike any other music venue. This event highlights how our retail spaces can offer more than just transactions; they can serve as dynamic neighborhood hubs that deliver memorable experiences.
