​Executive Vice President - Human Resources

Tim Crow oversees all aspects of human resource management for The Home Depot’s more than 300,000 associates. His leadership team strives to create a best-in-class organization of orange-blooded associates and bring our company’s values to life in more than 2,200 retail stores and store support centers.

During his tenure, the company has dramatically increased Success Sharing, our profit sharing program for frontline hourly and non-management associates. The company also reinstated its equity awards program for assistant store managers, the only program of its kind in retail.

Previously, Tim was senior vice president of organization, talent and performance systems.

Before joining The Home Depot in 2002, Tim served as senior vice president of human resources at Kmart. In that role, he was responsible for all store, distribution center and corporate human resources support.

Prior to joining Kmart, Tim spent almost 20 years with Sears, Roebuck & Co. During his tenure at Sears, he held key roles in the controller, risk management and accounting policy areas. When he left Sears, Tim was vice president of human resources for Sears’ 55,000-employee Automotive Group.

Tim is a director of the Human Resources Policy Association and serves on its Health Care Policy Committee. He also is a member of the American Health Policy Institute Board of Governors and serves on the board of directors of Make-A-Wish Georgia.

Tim earned a bachelor’s degree from California State University at Northridge.
