Marc D. Powers
Senior Vice President – Operations

Marc Powers is the senior vice president of operations for The Home Depot. Marc oversees the daily operation activities, including asset protection and building services, for more than 1,950 stores in the U.S., Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Marc previously served as regional vice president of operations for The Home Depot Southeast region, handling operation activities for nearly 200 stores in Florida, Alabama, southern Georgia and southern South Carolina. From 1997 to 2000, he served as regional vice president of the Northern Division and as district manager for the Southern Division in Jacksonville and Miami, Fla. Prior to this, he was promoted to store manager while working at a Northern Division store. Marc began his career with The Home Depot as a sales associate in 1986.

Marc earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Auburn University.
