The Home Depot Trade Scholarship Program |
Professional contractors and tradespeople are important customers for The Home
Depot. We are always striving to meet the needs of today’s contractors and
tradespeople by providing great customer service and merchandise in our stores.
And now, The Home Depot is working to meet the needs of the future generation
of building and construction trade professionals. We know that there are
thousands of students at colleges, universities and vocational/technical
schools across the country who are preparing themselves for a career in this
field. We recognize the hard work that it takes to complete this education,
and we want to provide scholarship assistance to defray some of the cost.
That's why The Home Depot has established a new scholarship program for
students enrolled in building and construction trade programs. The Home Depot
Trade Scholarship Program will recognize more than 600 students nationwide
that are on track to graduate within the next 12 months with a $500
scholarship to help offset the cost of their qualifying tuition and related
expenses.
